For returns under our voluntary 90-day policy, the following conditions apply:

• The original packaging must remain intact.

• The return must be requested within 90 days of delivery.

These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy and do not limit any statutory consumer rights.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team and provide your full name, order number, and email address.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we'll provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please securely package the item in its original packaging and follow the instructions provided by our support team.

For voluntary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval, subject to applicable consumer law.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Where permitted by applicable law, deductions may apply if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions with statutory cancellation rights may have additional protections, including the right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

Where applicable, these rights are separate from our voluntary 90-day return policy. Customers may inspect products to the extent permitted by law, and opening the packaging does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos or a description of the issue.

We'll review the problem and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Where required by applicable law, we'll also cover reasonable return shipping costs for eligible claims.

Your rights under applicable consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and conditions.

Purchases made using a gift card remain eligible for refunds and other remedies where required by applicable law.

Any promotional or complimentary gift cards may be adjusted or cancelled if the qualifying purchase is refunded, provided this is consistent with the offer terms and applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, we'll review whether cancellation is possible.

For discretionary cancellations outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, a 5% administrative fee may apply where lawful and clearly disclosed before purchase.

No cancellation fee will be charged where doing so would conflict with applicable consumer rights.
